How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order and it has been paid for, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Allow a further 3-14 business days for this to reach you by mail.

During busy sale periods and peak seasonal occasions, please allow up to 5 working days to dispatch your order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

For orders placed online we accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Afterpay. 

Can I refund or exchange my item?

We offer conditional change of mind refunds and exchanges and will endeavour to remedy situations involving faulty products. Please see our Returns Policy for more information. 

Do I need to set up an account to order?

I am having difficulties making selections and placing my order, what can I do?
