10 Bento Box Lunch Ideas for Kids

Rushing to get ready and need quick inspiration for a balanced meal? Raid the fruit bowl, last night’s leftovers, and your fridge staples for these grab-and-go kids lunches to pack in our Bento Boxes.

Mini Bento — 4 compartment tray

  1. Cut-up sandwich, strawberries, yoghurt, raisins
  2. Dry cereal, yoghurt, shredded chicken, mashed avocado
  3. Pita bread, cucumber, tzatziki, leftover chopped lamb
  4. Pretzels, tuna, cheese sticks, blueberries
  5. Bolognese sauce, leftover pasta, carrot sticks, grated cheese
