Product Description

Our reusable Mini Hot Cold Pack is a perfect fit for our Mini Bento Box and Mini Insulated Lunch Bag and comes in adorable Penny Scallan character designs. This versatile pack is made from puncture-resistant material and filled with non-toxic gel.

Not only is it great for soothing bumps and bruises or keeping tiny hands warm, it’s a fuss-free way to keep packed lunches cool if you're not using one of our Food Jars.

Nobody likes warm grapes, anyway!

How To Use

As hot pack

  • Submerge in hot (not boiling) water for 5 - 7 minutes
  • Once pack is warm enough, dry off and begin use

As cold pack

  • Place in fridge or freezer for up to 60 minutes
  • Once pack is cold enough, begin use
  • IMPORTANT: Do not store permanently in freezer

No mucking about

I used the online chat service on the penny scallan website in relation to my original large hot/cold pack that had split. The lovely responder was very helpful and quick. Gave me further tips on how to care for it and then sent me a new one without question . It arrived very swiftly with another purchase I made. I also forgot to change my delivery address as I have previously purchased from penny scallan. Again when using the online chat service and correspondence via email my address was changed and had no affect on the prompt delivery.
