Another amazing purchase

I'm not sure who loved it the most, myself or my Granddaughter..She was so excited, she zooming around with it within seconds...So lightweight & easy for her to use...

Case replacement

This was damaged on arrival, The postal bag was damaged and the case had been squashed a bit on one corner compromising the zip. May I suggest more padding around the bags before putting into a postal bag. This is the only reason I have marked it down re durability. We had this replaced with excellent customer follow up. The postal bag or the replacement case was damaged worse than the first but the case itself was not squashed or damaged. The design is lovely. I still have the first case here to return. Could you please advise as to return address. If it is Geelong or SA.
