Unexpected surprise!

I always write a review for the products I purchase. So when I purchased a Penny Scallan lunch bag and wrote the review, I referenced a faulty zip. Within hours, I was contacted by the customer support team who organised a replacement. This caught me by surprise because unfortunately good customer service is hard to come by.
