    Best lunch box we've had

    It's more sturdy (but still light weight) than other bento boxes we've used, and the deeper compartments make it easier to fit food items. And my daughter loves the design on the front!

    Good size but fraught with issues

    Silicon seal lid is extremely hard to open unless I use the end of a spoon or sharp object to jack open. There is no sized compartments to adequately house a sandwich or even 4 sandwich fingers properly, would have been good if they made a compartment adjustable to cater for that. Otherwise small pieces of anything is ok. The food box collects water in the dishwasher at the back along the sides. It means that it doesn’t dry properly even if you put it in the dishwasher or dry it on a rack on an incorrect angle. For this price you can definitely get other brands like Avanti that do it well.

    We do make a separate tray especially for sandwiches that also 3 other compartments for snacks, and is completely sealable. I agree the sealable lid is difficult to remove at first but will become much easier over time - this is why we make it very tight in the beginning. I suggest leaving the tray out on the bench for extra drying.
